Good news April 16, 2009

Well, after working myself into a stress induced almost-going-to-vomit case… I finally heard from our agency director this morning. She had good news for us = thank God! Here is a part of her email. I cried relief and joy when I read it:

“Hi Leslie, Sorry, it has been non-stop since we arrived. In fact, we spent the last 2 days in Vung Tau (+ the 12 hours of driving time over the 2 days.) Meg continues to do better. She is completely off the oxygen now, we think she will be in hospital for another 10 days. I am still hoping she can go from hospital directly to you but that may not be possible. Today we got the papers we were waiting for from your dossier, and I am optimistic that you can come within the next 2 or 3 weeks.I haven’t seen her myself yet (maybe tomorrow…) but Loan tells me she is very alert and responsive.”
